If you are getting an error when trying to reset your password, most likely it is because of one of the following reasons:
- You have exceeded the ONE (1) hour time limit (you will need to request another password change).
- Make sure your password is between six and 32 characters long and meets your Licensor's password policy requirements.
Note: Some Mediabox sites do use more strict password requirements and also require new passwords every X amount of days, and you must create a new unique password you have never used. Please remember your password is the same for all Mediabox Licensor sites your email is registered to.
Also, if your email is not registered to the site, the email will not contain a LINK ID and instead indicate "We have no record of this email address in our system. You will need to register for a new account. "
