Removing personal information

To remove your personal information from the site

  1. Select Account from the My Account dropdown menu.
  2. On the Account Home page, select Update your profile.
  3. On the Profile Update page, click Forget Me.
  4. You will receive an email notification to confirm that your personal data has been removed from the site.


NOTE  After removing your personal information, you will no longer be able to log in to the site. 


Downloading personal information

To download your personal information to a file

  1. Select Account from the My Account dropdown menu.
  2. On the Account Home page, select Update your profile.
  3. On the Profile Update page, click Download My Data.
