To Capture HAR file from Developer tools, please follow the below steps:


1. Open Web Browser developer tools

  • From PC OS hit F12 on your keyboard
  • From MAC OS hit Option +  + C 
  • From your browser (Example from Chrome) click 3-dot menu > More Tools > Developer Tools


2. Click on the Network tab



3. Perform the action causing the issue (i.e. click the project/folder/etc.)


4. When the action is completed click the down arrow to Export HAR



5. Save file to your computer and email to us


NOTE: You will not be able to open the file, but our development team has an application to open and review the data captured.
