If you are receiving an error message like the one here:



You are entering an incorrect password for your account.


Please keep in mind that you must use the same password for your Mediabox account when accessing all Mediabox sites you have an account with. If you change your password for one site, it will change your password for all of the Mediabox sites where you have a registered account. 


If you need to reset your password, click on the "Reset your Password" or "Forgot Password" link and follow the steps. 



1. Enter your email address, confirm, and click Submit



This will send you an email, for which you have ONE hour to change your password. If you wait longer than ONE hour, you will get an error message. If this happens, you must request another password change by entering your email address again.


Also, if your email address is not registered to the site, the email will NOT contain the Link ID required to change your password. Instead, the email will indicate: "We have no record of this email address in our system. You will need to register for a new account. "
