If you are getting an error when trying to reset your password, most likely it is because of one of the following reasons:


  1. You have exceeded the ONE (1) hour time limit (you will need to request another password change). 
  2. Make sure your password meets the following criteria


Note: Some Mediabox sites do use more strict password requirements and also require new passwords every X amount of days, and you must create a new unique password you have never used. Please remember your password is the same for all Mediabox Licensor sites your email is registered to and if it is updated from one site it will automatically be updated once changed to all sites registered to that email
