What does it mean when the 'Messages' button is lit up with a red icon? Print

When there is a new message, the envelope icon next to Messages at the top of the Project List pane displays with a red outline. Message recipients also receive a no-reply email to let them know that there is a new message for them in Mediabox-PA—they cannot reply to the message via email, only through the messaging system.
