The Mediabox-PA workflow begins with creating a project. A project holds all the materials submitted for a product or SKU, including the approval form, artwork and any other accompanying files, as well as the history all submissions and comments.


After a Licensee or Agent creates a project in Mediabox-PA, the Licensor either approves or declines the project from the New Projects folder, then approved projects enter the workflow and are available for Reviewers to comment on in the submissions for licensor folder. Lead Reviewers send comments back to Licensees through the system and the project then gets moved into the Comments for Licensee folder;  the process continues until the project is closed. A project is closed when it is either approved for production or cancelled. If all stages are approved project is closed and sent to the completed projects folder. If at any point the project is cancelled or declined from proceeding it is sent to the cancelled or declined project folder.
