If you have requested access to the site and completed registration but are unable to login, chances are your account is still pending.


If your account is pending, you have yet to be approved by the site administrators, and will need to wait to be approved. Mediabox cannot approve your account.


  • If you need your account approved quickly, you will need to contact the Licensor or reach out to your contact at the company.
  • You can find Licensor contact information on the 'Contact Us' or 'Help' page usually.


 Note: When you request access to the Licensor's Digital Asset Management site, your account is registered but will not give full access until site administrator has reviewed the request and approved the account. If your account is approved (or declined) you will receive an email notification when your account status has been updated. Mediabox does not manage users and cannot determine when or who will review the request. Please reach out to us if you are having difficulties reaching your Licensor Contact.
