From the User Login page

  1. Click Forgot Password on the User Login page.
  2. Enter and confirm your email address and click Submit. An email that contains a link to reset the password will be sent to the registered email address.
  3. Click the link in the email to open the Change Password page.
  4. Enter and confirm a new password and click Submit, and then click OK.
