Assets can be added to a media list either by dragging an image to a list or by using the Move Menu on the thumbnail image to select a list from the dropdown options.

Dragging assets into a list

  1. In either the Media pane or the Media workspace, browse to a folder that contains assets.
  2. Click and hold on the image title at the top of the preview thumbnail and drag the image to a media list folder in the User Media pane. A red circle displays to indicate the file being dragged, and the media list is highlighted when selected.

Using the Move Menu

  1. In either the Media pane or the Media workspace, browse to a folder that contains assets.
  2. On the desired asset, click the Move Menu icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of the thumbnail (Lightbox View) or at the far right end of the row (List View). Select the desired Media List from the dropdown options to add the asset to that list.

Using the folder icon at the top of the Asset Preview pane:

  1. In either the Media pane or the Media workspace, browse to a folder that contains assets.
  2. Click on the image to open the preview tab.
  3. At the top of the preview, click the Move Media icon. Select the desired Media List from the dropdown options to add the asset to that list.
