  • Site issue is in reference to (PA/DAM/RM)

  • User account (if you are reporting on behalf of someone else)

  • For PA - if there is an issue with the project -----> Project #

  • For DAM - if there is an issue with an asset/folder -----> File/Folder location 

  • For RM - if there is an issue with a contract -----> Contract #

  • If something not working -----> details on what happens when you try (steps to recreate problem)

  • Computer OS - MAC or PC & Browser/Version

  • Screenshots and/or VIDEOS (we love those and they help SO much!!!)
