Overview
MyMediaBox (MBX) allows you to upload many different file types.
However, previews (such as thumbnails and markup views) are generated only for supported file formats.
Previews may appear in the following locations:
Project list (thumbnail view)
Markup view (zoomable preview)
Project reports
Preview Features
Thumbnails
For supported file formats, MBX automatically generates thumbnails in the following sizes while preserving the original aspect ratio:

120 × 120
These thumbnails are used across the interface, including project lists and reports.

For supported image and document formats, MBX uses Deep Zoom technology, enabling:
Smooth zooming

If a file name exceeds 100 characters:
The file can still be uploaded
Preview generation will not occur
Regenerating a Preview
If a preview is missing, you can regenerate it by clicking the “Regenerate” button.
File Size Considerations (DAM)
MBX does not enforce a strict file size limit for uploads or downloads.
However:
High-resolution files may take longer to upload or process
Extremely large files may impact performance and user experience
Recommendations
Use optimized image formats when possible
Avoid unnecessarily large files
Test large assets in advance when onboarding new content
PowerPoint Font Considerations
If a PowerPoint file uses fonts that are not available in the conversion environment:
Text will be rendered using Microsoft Sans Serif as a fallback
The preview layout may differ from the original file
Recommendations
Embed fonts when saving PowerPoint files
Use widely supported fonts
Convert to another format if necessary
Preview Generation Notes
Even for supported formats, preview generation may occasionally fail.
If this happens, try regenerating the preview.
