If you have received an error message like the one below, it means the following has happened:
You already have an account on a separate Licensor Mediabox site, and you are not entering the correct password.
If you have any other Mediabox accounts, please enter that same password in the password field. If that does not work, you will need to request a password change and change your password before trying to enter it here. If you reset your password, remember that ALL Mediabox sites use the same email address and password, regardless of Licensor. So after resetting your password, you with now use the new password for ALL Mediabox sites you access.
