When adding a file to your project in your Licensor's Product Approval site, you don't have to worry over which format to submit it in. Most file types will successfully upload as we support numerous types of text, graphic and animation/video files up to 1 GB per submission. If your file doesn't upload, make sure it's not an invalid or corrupted file. Some file formats will upload to Mediabox-PA but will not display a preview image, such as compressed zip files.
Mediabox-PA supports numerous types of text, graphics, and animation/video files up to 1 GB per file uploaded for any given submission, including:

- .tif
- .png
- .bmp
- .wav
- .mp4
- .ai
- .doc & .docx
- .xls & .xlsx
- .pptx
