The Mediabox-PA workflow begins with creating a project. A project holds all the materials submitted for a product or SKU, including the approval form, artwork and any other accompanying files, as well as the history all submissions and comments.
After a Licensee or Agent creates a project in Mediabox-PA, the Licensor either approves or declines the project. Approved projects enter the workflow and are available for Reviewers to comment on. Lead Reviewers send comments back to Licensees through the system and the process continues until the project is closed. A project is closed when it is either approved for production or cancelled.
