The Gold warning (yield) symbol and Red alarm bell symbol are visual indicators helping users determine (approximately) how long the submission has aged in the Submission for Licensor folder. The Gold yield icon appears first in the Project List screen after X number of days have passed. If the submission remains open in this folder after X number of days more, the symbol changes into a Red alarm bell.
The Licensor determines the settings for these warning icons during the site implementation.
