Team members can be deleted from the project after the project is approved and moved to the Submissions for Licensor folder. Once deleted, they will no longer have access to the project or receive automatic notifications.

To delete team members

  1. In the Project List, double click on a project to select it and open project details.
  2. In Project Details, select the Teams tab.
  3. Under Licensee Team, select team members by selecting the checkbox next to their names.
  4. Click Delete and then OK.

NOTE  Licensee Team members can be deleted only once the submission has moved from the New Projects folder to the Submission for Licensor folder.
