Users can send email alerts to team members directly from the Teams tab in Project Detail.

To send an email alert to team members

  1. In the Project List, double click on a project to select it and open project details.
  2. In Project Details, select the Teams tab.
  3. Under Licensee Team, select team members by selecting the checkbox next to their names and click the envelop icon to open the text field.
  4. In the Email Context dialog box, enter an email message and click Send button.
