Users can send email alerts to team members directly from the Teams tab in Project Detail.
To send an email alert to team members
- In the Project List, double click on a project to select it and open project details.
- In Project Details, select the Teams tab.
- Under Licensee Team, select team members by selecting the checkbox next to their names and click the envelop icon to open the text field.
- In the Email Context dialog box, enter an email message and click Send button.
