Users can send email alerts to team members directly from the Teams tab in the Project Detail pane.

To send an email alert to team members

  1. In the Project List pane, click on a project to select it and show project details.
  2. In the Project Detail pane, select the Teams tab.
  3. Under Licensee Team, select team members by selecting the checkbox next to their names and click Email.
  4. In the Send Email Alert dialog, enter an email message and click Send Email.
