Projects currently located in the Submission for Licensor folder are not ready for New Submissions. In this folder, the project is still under review by the Licensor. If new attachments are needed, then you can reach out to your project's lead reviewer or your licensor contact. When they are ready to give feedback, they will close the existing submission and the project will move to the Comments for Licensee folder where you can review their comments and upload your next submission. You will also receive an email notification, so you know it's time to see your comments.
