If you have recently been invited to register to a new Licensor's MMB site you should receive an email from our third party authentication application Auth-0 like the one below:
There are two options for users:
1. If you have never logged into any Mediabox site you will select the options after ''Set your password for the first time here''
There will be a clickable URL or the button ''Set Password Here''.
Note: Please make sure to save the licensors MMB URL You will not automatically get routed to the MMB site after setting up password and will get an error if you use the back button in your browser. If you did not save the URL at the bottom of the invitation go back to the email in your inbox and open it from there, then take note of the URL and save it/bookmark it.
2. If you are not new to MMB and have logged into ANY MMB site, skip these steps and click the link below
''Login using the following link below''. Take note of this URL as this is the MMB URL you will use to log in going forward.
Option 1:
New Users will set up a password that meets the criteria
After password is set you will go to the URL in the original email that you saved.
this will bring you to the page below to fill in your profile information for the site once saved and you will automatically be routed into the system.
Option 2: Existing MMB users can select the Licensor MMB URL and log into their new MMB site with their existing log in credentials:
Then accept the authorization:
then fill in the profile information for the site and save and you will automatically be routed into the system.
